Soul Birds was born from Sam's idea that amazing ladies need each other - for support, laughter, encouragement and sometimes, each other's expertise. Soul Birds connect together through group coaching events and fun art sessions.

Sam is well connected across New Zealand, Australia and the UK and is committed to bringing people together in a kind, warm, inviting environment. She believes in the village - quietly strong and compassionate people supporting each other to fulfil their potential and feel heard.
